Set in the heart of downtown Los Angeles, the 7th Street project called for the conversion of an abandoned 4-story restaurant into a mixed-use building with ground-floor restaurant, leasable offices, and top-floor apartment. Through a 're-tooling' of the existing brick facade and a new top-floor courtyard, we bring light and an reinvigorated urban presence to the dilapidated structure.
This was the first of our commercial projects in LA, and we designed, planned, and obtained all permits necessary for construction in 2009.
