Andy Liu,  Licensed Architect, LEED AP,  Licensed Builder

Principal

Andy Liu, founder and principal of 10-19 Architecture, graduated with honors from Brown University with a degree in history and earned his Master in Architecture from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design.  After Harvard, Andy joined the office of Frank Gehry, where he worked for ten years, becoming Senior Associate and leading high-profile projects (including Marques de Riscal Hotel and Opus Tower Hong Kong) for the internationally-celebrated firm.

In the fall of 2008, Andy started 10-19 Architecture as a single-person office.  Since then, 10-19 Architecture’s portfolio and clientele have steadily grown.  Today, Andy works to ensure that 10-19 Architecture continually produces buildings that capture the imagination and transcend the ordinary.

Andy has been a licensed architect in California since 2002.  He is also accredited LEED, AP  by the US Green Building Council. In 2022, he received certification as a California licensed builder.  He resides on the West Side of Los Angeles.
